期货产业学院建设的必要性与创新路径探讨——以北京物资学院期货学院建设为例

Discussion on the Necessity and Innovation Path of the Construction of Futures Industry College—Taking the Construction of Futures College of Beijing Wuzi University as an Example

党的十九大以来提出建设现代化经济体系和现代金融战略目标,期货业作为高端特色服务业,利用其价格发现功能、套期保值功能、定价功能的优势,对国民经济起到防范风险、提高运行质量的作用。本文论证了成立国家级期货产业学院的必要性以及在北京物资学院成立国家级期货产业学院的可行性;根据新时代实体经济发展的产业链人才需求,以及对标《现代产业学院建设指南(试行)》提出的国家产业学院建设要求,确立了北京物资学院期货产业学院的建设目标和建设任务,并从校企合作模式、学院组织模式、人才培养模式、专业链重构、课程体系、师资队伍建设等方面的路径进行了创新总结和探讨,期望北京物资学院期货学院实现从市级期货产业学院到国家级期货产业学院的升级。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategic goal of building a modern economic system and modern finance has been proposed.Futures,as a high-end characteristic service industry,plays a role in preventing risks and improving the quality of operation by taking advantage of its price discovery function,value preservation function and pricing function.This paper demonstrates the necessity of establishing a national futures industry college and the feasibility of establishing a national futures Industry College in Beijing Wuzi University.According to the needs of industrial chain talents for the development of the real economy in the new era,and the requirements for the construction of national industrial colleges proposed in the Guide to the Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges(Trial),the construction objectives and tasks of the Futures Industry College of Beijing Wuzi University have been established.In addition,it summarizes and discusses the paths of school-enterprise cooperation mode,college organization mode,talent training mode,professional chain reconstruction,curriculum system,teacher team construction and other aspects,hoping that the College of Futures of Beijing Wuzi University can realize the upgrading from a municipal futures industry college to a national futures industry college.
