新时期金融衍生品综合创新实验室建设探析

Analysis of the Construction of a Comprehensive Innovation Laboratory for Financial Derivatives in the New Era

重视学生综合素质特别是实践创新能力培养是高等学校提升人才培养质量的重要手段。建设适应新时期金融专业人才培养要求的金融衍生品综合创新实验室对促进高等学校的实验教学、学科建设、课题研究、学生就业以及业界交流等具有重大意义。本文认为金融衍生品综合创新实验室的功能应定位于促进实验教学与理论教学相结合、促进实验教学与科学研究相结合、促进实验教学与社会服务相结合三个层面,围绕一个“核心”、五个“建设”的目标,分三个阶段探讨实验室硬件与软件设施环境建设、实验教学课程体系建设、实验教学教师团队建设、教师科学研究平台建设、实验室合作共享平台建设、实验室管理体制建设的具体方案与措施。

The cultivation of students comprehensive qualities,especially their practical and innovative abilities,is an important means for higher education institutions to improve the quality of teaching.Building a comprehensive innovation laboratory for financial derivatives that adapts to the cultivation of financial majors is of great significance for promoting experimental teaching,subject construction,research projects,student employment,and practical abilities in higher education institutions.This article believes that the functions of the comprehensive innovation laboratory for financial derivatives should be positioned at three levels:promoting the integration of experimental teaching and theoretical teaching,promoting the integration of experimental teaching and scientific research,and promoting the integration of experimental teaching and social services.Focusing on the goals of one“core”and five“construction”,the laboratory should explore the construction of hardware and software facilities environment,the construction of experimental teaching curriculum system,the construction of experimental teaching teams,teacher scientific research platforms,laboratory cooperation and sharing platforms,and laboratory management systems.
