Distortion Formation Logic in Factor Markets and its Influence on the Innovation of Enterprises:Literature Review and Research Outlook

本文基于文献综述视角,剖析了要素市场扭曲内涵与形成逻辑,梳理了要素市场扭曲对企业技术创新的影响机制。研究结果表明:要素市场扭曲将通过资源错配效应、寻租效应、需求抑制效应等渠道对企业技术创新产生影响。具体来看,要素市场扭曲所导致的资源错配效应阻碍了创新资源的优化配置;所产生的寻租效应虽利于企业跨越政策障碍,但过度寻租挤占了创新投入;所造成的需求抑制效应削弱了企业创新意愿。

Based on the perspective of literature review,this paper provides an insight into the connotation and forming logic of factor market distortions,and sorting out the mechanisms by which factor market distortions affect companies'technological innovation.The findings show that:The distortions in China's factor markets will have an impact on technological innovation through channels such as the resource mismatch effect,rent-seeking effect,and demand-suppression effect.Specifically,the resource mismatch effect caused by distortions in the factor market hinders the optimal allocation of innovation resources;the rent-seeking effect is beneficial to enterprises in crossing policy barriers,but excessive rent-seeking crowds out innovation inputs;and the demand-suppressing effect weakens enterprises'willingness to innovate.
