摘要
通过对三氯化锑精馏过程中的精馏温度、盐酸加入量、去头量、分馏速度等工艺研究和参数的合理控制,可以有效地降低杂质砷的含量,三氯化锑还原所制备的高纯锑中的砷含量可控制在0.05×10^(-6)以下,质量优于6N高纯锑国家标准中对砷含量的要求。
Through studying the process of antimony trichloride rectification of the distillation temperature,the amount of hydrochloric acid added and head removal,fractionation speed and other technology and the reasonable control of parameters,can effectively reduce the content of arsenic impurity,the high purity antimony prepared by antimony trichloride reduction of arsenic content can be controlled below 0.05ppm,the quality is better than 6N high purity antimony national standard for arsenic content.
