基于跌落冲击分析的10万居里放射性钴源运输容器安全性评估

摘要 放射性物品运输容器在运输过程中最主要的失效形式是在跌落工况下产生的变形和断裂。为评价放射性钴源运输容器在各跌落工况下的安全性,采用ANSYS对运输容器进行了跌落仿真、模拟以及计算分析:首先在Pro/E软件中建立运输容器模型,然后运用ANSYS模拟容器在不同高度下多角度跌落、贯穿冲击过程,得到其应力、应变等动态特征,最后进行分析并采用相应评价准则来评估该容器设计是否达到相关规范对其强度的要求。通过开展不同工况下的跌落仿真模拟,为运输容器的安全性评估提供了一定的依据。 The main failure mode of the transport container of radioactive materials in the transport process is deformation and fracture under the falling condition.In order to evaluate the safety of the transport container of radioactive cobalt source under various drop conditions,the drop simulation,simulation and calculation analysis of the transport container were carried out with ANSYS:Firstly,the transport container model is established in Pro/E software,and then ANSYS is used to simulate the process of multi-angle drop and penetration impact of the container at different heights to obtain its dynamic characteristics such as stress and strain.Finally,the analysis is carried out and corresponding evaluation criteria are adopted to evaluate whether the design of the container meets the strength requirements of relevant specifications.Through the simulation of drop under different working conditions,it provides a certain basis for the safety assessment of transport containers.
