摘要
为研究U形管内汽液两相流流型变化,使用多相流Mixture混合模型对其进行了数值模拟,分析U形管内流型及传热特性的变化。通过分析模拟结果,优化蒸发器结构,提高其换热性能及运行可靠性。
In order to study the evolution of the flow pattern in a phase-transition vapor-liquid two-phase flow in a U-type tube,numerical simulation based on Mixture model was performed.The characteristics of convective heat transfer and evolution of flow patterns in the simulated U-type tube-flow were analyzed.By analyzing the simulation results,the evaporator structure is optimized to improve its heat transfer performance and operation reliability.
