体育教育专业面临的机遇、责任与发展路径——以“双减”政策背景为视角

On Opportunities,Responsibilities,and Development Paths Faced by College Students Majoring in Physical Education under Background of"Double Reduction"Policy

摘要 “双减”政策的实施,给中小学体育教育事业蓬勃发展带来了历史性机遇,给体育教育专业大学生提供了大量的就业机会,同时也对大学生提出了新的能力要求。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、政策分析法,分析了“双减”政策背景下体育教育专业面临的机遇和责任,继而建议高校应践行立德树人使命,落实大中小学体育课程思政一体化;以社会需求为导向,实行行业导师和专业导师的双导师制;推进“体教融合”,落实五育并举,将体育与健康教育相融合;落实以人为本,变被动体育为主动体育,为国家、社会培养全面发展的优秀人才。 The implementation of the"double reduction"policy has provided a historical opportunity for the vigorous development of physical education in primary and secondary schools,and a large number of employment opportunities for students majoring in physical education,and it has imposed new capacity requirements for higher school students.The opportunities and challenges faced by college students majoring in physical education under the background of the"double reduction"policy are analyzed by using the methods of literature review,logical analysis,and policy analysis.It is recommended that colleges and universities should implement the mission of establishing morality and cultivating people,and the ideological and political integration of physical education courses in universities,middle schools,and primary schools.Guided by social needs,a dual mentoring system of specialized mentors and professional mentors should be implemented,an"integration of sports and education"should be promoted,the simultaneous development of"five educations"should be carried out,physical education should be integrated with health education,and the people-oriented approach should be applied to transform passive sports into active sports,so that we can cultivate outstanding talents for the country and the society.
