基于“双碳”目标下的综合能源规划体系研究

摘要 电力作为能源领域排放第一大户,加快提升电力系统低碳转型速度有助于大大推进能源转型进程,助力碳达峰工程尽早完工。为此,基于综合能源系统的基本架构,从源-网-荷-储4个不同的能源环节出发,探究可再生能源灵活性消纳相关技术;然后,以分布式清洁能源系统为例,分别对跨区域型以及非跨区域型的综合能源系统建设的重点工作及系统架构进行分析,给出系统建模方法及要素;最后,对2种类型综合能源系统所面临的挑战进行展望,给出了应对建议。研究为低碳综合能源体系建设提供了一定的理论支撑依据,能够推进“双碳”目标的早日实现。 As the largest emitter of electricity in the energy sector,accelerating the speed of low-carbon transition of the power system will greatly promote the process of energy transformation and facilitate the early completion of the carbon peak project.Therefore,based on the basic structure of the comprehensive energy system,starting from four different energy links of source-network-charge-storage,this paper explored related technologies of flexible absorption of renewable energy.Then,taking the distributed clean energy system as an example,the key work and system architecture of the cross regional and non cross regional integrated energy system construction were analyzed,and the system modeling methods and elements were given.Finally,the challenges faced by the two types of integrated energy systems are prospected and some suggestions were given.The research content of this paper provides a certain theoretical basis for the construction of low-carbon comprehensive energy system,and can promote the early realization of the"dual carbon"target.
