可伸缩式胶带自移机尾系统研发及应用 被引量:3

摘要 胶带自移机尾是煤矿工作面的主要设备,其移动频率直接影响着综采工作面的推进效率。在采煤过程中,采用传统的胶带自移机尾作业模式,拆胶带架频繁、效率低,不利于综采工作面的高效推进。为了提高综采工作面的效能,减少频繁拆胶带架,减轻工人的劳动强度,研发一种可伸缩式胶带自移机尾系统。同时将传统的手操阀就地控制升级为电液控远程或集控控制,并且具备一键调平、自移等功能,此套系统结构简单方便、易操作维护,可以降低人力成本,提高煤炭生产效率。 The self moving tail of the belt is the main equipment on the coal mine working line,and its frequency movement directly affects the efficiency of the fully-mechanized mining face.During the coal mining process,the traditional belt self moving tail operation mode is used,which frequently disassembles the belt frame and has low efficiency,which is not conducive to the efficient promotion of the fully-mechanized mining face.In order to improve the efficiency of fully-mechanized mining faces,reduce frequent dismantling of belt racks,and reduce the labor intensity of workers,a retractable belt self moving tail system has been developed.At the same time,the traditional manual valve local control has been upgraded to electro-hydraulic remote or centralized control,and has functions such as one key leveling and self moving.This system has a simple and convenient structure,which is easy to operate and maintain,can reduce labor costs,and improve coal production efficiency.
