无人驾驶车载系统在煤矿胶轮车上的应用研究

摘要 利用当前先进的无人驾驶技术,根据矿用胶轮车的工况特点,从总体方案、硬件、控制策略、车载黑匣子等多方面,开展了胶轮车上无人驾驶车载系统的设计研究。通过对该系统进行实际应用测试表明,该系统运行良好、运行稳定可靠,能较好的对整车运行工况进行精准定位,针对出现异常情况,能快速响应并发出声光报警提示,总体运行效果得到人员的一致好评。研究为提高胶轮车作业效率及保障作业安全提供了重要支撑作用,实际推广应用价值较大。 Using the current advanced unmanned driving technology,according to the working conditions of mining rubber tyred vehicles,the design and research of the unmanned driving on-board system on rubber tyred vehicles were carried out from the aspects of the overall scheme,hardware,control strategy,on-board black box,etc.Through the practical application test of the system,it is shown that the system operates well,operates stably and reliably,and can better accurately position the operating conditions of the whole vehicle.In view of the abnormal situation,it can respond quickly and send out audible and visual alarm prompts,and the overall operation effect has been unanimously praised by personnel.This provides important support for improving the operation efficiency of rubber tyred vehicles and ensuring the operation safety,and has great practical application value.
