摘要
以某石化厂仪表维护为例,介绍仪表维护内容和分工,以及仪表故障现象及故障率统计,指出现有仪表维护现状和存在的问题,论述仪表维护类型及框图,提出仪表维护和DCS维护有机结合建议,达到节约人力和更好地利于化工仪表维护。
Taking the instrument maintenance of a certain petrochemical plant as an example,this article introduces the content and division of labor of instrument maintenance,introduces the phenomenon and failure rate statistics of instruments,points out the current status and problems of instrument maintenance,discusses the types and block diagrams of instrument maintenance,and proposes an organic combination of instrument maintenance and DCS maintenance to save manpower and better facilitate chemical instrument maintenance.
