摘要
为探究耶气步甲(Pheropsophus jessoensis)对棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera)的防控潜能,分析了在室内条件下耶气步甲成虫对棉铃虫高龄(4~6龄)幼虫的捕食功能反应、搜寻效应以及耶气步甲成虫密度对捕食棉铃虫4~6龄幼虫的干扰反应。结果表明:(1)耶气步甲成虫对棉铃虫4~6龄幼虫的捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ模型,对棉铃虫4~6龄幼虫的瞬时攻击率分别为1.065、0.808和0.816,处理时间分别为0.032、0.076和0.324 d,且耶气步甲成虫捕食不同密度的棉铃虫4~6龄幼虫时,最大日捕食量分别为15.6、6.2和2.2头;(2)耶气步甲成虫对棉铃虫4~6龄幼虫的搜寻效应随着棉铃虫幼虫密度的增加而降低,最高可达0.796 5;(3)耶气步甲成虫在捕食棉铃虫4~6龄幼虫时存在种内干扰反应,对棉龄虫4~6龄幼虫的日捕食量和捕食作用率受自身密度的影响。
To investigate the control potential of Pheropsophus jessoensis against Helicoverpa armigera,the predatory functional response,search efficiency and interference response of adult P.jessoensis to high-instar(4th-6th)H.armigera larvae were analyzed under indoor conditions.The results showed that:1)The predatory functional response of adult P.jessoensis to 4th-6th instar larvae of H.armigera was consistent with the HollingⅡmodel,the instantaneous attack rates of adult P.jessoensis were 1.065,0.808,and 0.816,and the handling time was 0.032,0.076,and 0.324 d,respectively.In addition,the maximum daily predation amounts of adult P.jessoensis on 4th-6th instar larvae of H.armigera at different densities were 15.6,6.2,and 2.2,respectively.2)With increasing H.armigera density,the search efficiency of adult P.jessoensis to 4th-6th instar larvae of H.armigera decreased with the maximum of 0.7965.3)Adult P.jessoensis exhibited an intraspecific interference effect when preying on 4th-6th instar larvae of H.armigera,the daily predation amounts and predation rates were influenced by their own density.
