摘要
ROV扭矩工具是水下油气生产系统常用的作业工具之一。针对ROV扭矩工具的国产化问题,研制了适用于ROV扭矩工具的紧凑型变位NGW行星齿轮减速器,可以将ROV扭矩工具的动力源进行减速增扭以实现大扭矩需求。对该减速器进行了力学分析与动力学理论分析,并用Adams软件对ROV扭矩工具进行动力学仿真分析。理论分析和仿真分析的结果相符,证明设计的ROV扭矩工具满足使用要求。
ROV torque tool is one of the commonly used tools in subsea oil and gas production systems.Aiming at the localization of ROV torque tools,a compact displacement NGW planetary gear reducer suitable for ROV torque tools was developed.The planetary reducer reduces the power source of the ROV torque tool to achieve high torque requirements.The mechanical analysis and dynamic theory analysis of the reducer were carried out,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the ROV torque tool was carried out by Adams.The results of theoretical analysis and simulation analysis are consistent,which proves that the designed ROV torque tool can meet operational requirements.
