摘要
学校文化是学校在自身长期发展过程中不断积累而成的文化成果,具体由物质文化、制度文化、精神文化等多个层面构成。良好的学校文化在促进学生个性化发展、教师专业化发展、学校特色化发展等方面都具有自身独特价值。然而,在当前学校文化建设实践中,存在内生性力量式微、主体参与性缺失及建设内容片面化的困境。为破解以上困境,本文提出精准定位、多方协同及多维联动的学校文化建设优化路径。
School culture is the cumulative cultural achievement of a school's long-term development,encompassing material culture,institutional culture,and spiritual culture,among other dimensions.A sound school culture holds unique value in promoting individualized student development,professional growth of teachers,and the distinctiveness of the school.However,in current school cultural construction practices,challenges persist such as weakening intrinsic forces,lack of participant involvement,and overly one-sided content.To address these issues,this paper proposes an optimized path for school cultural construction through precise positioning,multi-party collaboration,and multidimensional coordination.
