摘要 目前,随着智能变电站的普及,保护装置的软压板均可在后台机进行控制。但母线上往往挂有众多间隔,需要不遗漏投退软压板,而且对投退顺序有极为严格的要求。电力系统曾发生过母线差动(以下称母差)保护投入过程中,因压板投入顺序错误导致母差保护误动作的情况,导致运行线路跳闸,造成事故发生,影响用户的安全可靠用电。因此,为防止保护压板投入顺序错误造成保护误动作,提出一套带有信号识别的智能变电站母差保护压板操作系统,对于防止智能变电站母差保护误动作及维护电网的稳定运行具有一定作用。 Currently,with the popularization of intelligent electricity substation,the soft pressure plate of protection device can be controlled in the back-end machine.But the bus bars often attach many intervals,which not only need to on-off the soft pressure plate without missing,but also does the on-off order have very strict requirements.In the course of bus differential protection put into power system,the maloperation of busbar differential protection is caused by the wrong sequence of pressure plate input.It causes the trip of the running line and an accident.It affects the safety and reliability of power consumption.Therefore,in order to prevent the malop-eration caused by the wrong operation sequence of the protection platen,it comes up with an intelligent bus differential protection plat-en operating system with signal identification.It is of significance to prevent maloperation of bus differential protection in intelligent substation and to maintain stable operation of power network.
