基于德尔菲法确定《儿童紫癜性肾炎中西医结合诊疗指南》临床问题与结局指标

Determination of Clinical Problems and Outcome Indicators of Guidelines for Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Henoch-Schönlein Purpura Nephritis in Children Based on Delphi Method

目的确定《儿童紫癜性肾炎中西医结合诊疗指南》的临床问题与结局指标。方法通过文献预检索与临床调研,设计调查问卷,基于德尔菲法遴选专家,线上发放给专家,问卷回收后应用Excel2021和SPSS Statistics 25软件进行数据处理,计算专家积极系数、均数、满分比、变异系数进行重要性评价。结果通过问卷调查与处理,最终纳入8个临床问题与19个结局指标。其中有效性结局指标12个,均为关键结局;安全性结局指标7个,包括4个关键结局、3个重要结局。结论基于德尔菲法进行问卷调查,按照质量控制标准,确定临床问题与结局指标,为该指南后续制定工作奠定基础。

Objective To determine the clinical problems and outcome indicators of Guidelines for Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Henoch-Schönlein Purpura Nephritis in Children.Methods Through literature pre-retrieval and clinical research,the questionnaire was designed.Experts were selected based on Delphi method and the questionnaire was distributed online to the experts.After the questionnaire was collected,Excel 2021 and SPSS Statistics 25 were used for data processing.The importance evaluation was performed by calculating the positive coefficient,mean,full score ratio and coefficient of variation of the experts.Results Through questionnaire survey and process,8 clinical problems and 19 outcome indicators were finally included.There were 12 effective outcome indicators,all of which were key outcomes;there were 7 safety outcome indicators,including 4 key outcomes and 3 important outcomes.Conclusion Based on the Delphi method,a questionnaire survey is conducted to determine the clinical problems and outcome indicators according to the quality control standards,which lays the foundation for the follow-up development of the Guideline.
