慢性阻塞性肺疾病四诊信息化研究进展

Research Progress in Informatization of Four-methods Diagnosis for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患病率、致残率较高,病证结合是中医药治疗COPD的主要模式。本文从中医四诊望、闻、问、切归纳COPD四诊信息化相关研究与应用进展,梳理视觉、触觉、听觉等四诊信息化技术在COPD防治、诊断、疗效评估方面取得的进展,认为四诊信息化技术能够为COPD病证的临床诊断、治疗及预后判断提供一定依据,并对研究发展趋势提出展望,以期为后续COPD证候精确诊断与疗效评价研究提供参考。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)has a high prevalence and disability rate,and the combination of disease and syndrome is the main mode of TCM treatment of COPD.This article summarized the relevant research and application progress of COPD four-methods diagnosis information technology from the“observation,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry and pulse-taking”of the four-methods diagnosis of TCM,systematically combed the progress made by the four-methods diagnosis information technology of vision,touch and hearing in COPD prevention and treatment,diagnosis and efficacy evaluation,believed that the four-methods diagnosis information technology could provide certain basis for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of COPD syndrome,proposed the future development trend,in order to provide reference for the follow-up accurate diagnosis of COPD syndrome and efficacy evaluation research.
