摘要
创新创业参与者不仅要拥有丰富的科技和商业知识,而且要拥有在动态复杂的竞争环境中识别创新创业机会、获取和重构资源以取得创新创业成功的动态能力。然而,传统培养模式下的工科学生缺乏商业知识,更难习得创新创业动态能力。根据新工科建设的要求,文章基于动态能力视角分析了新工科创新创业人才培养面临的核心挑战,提出应用行动学习法消除理论学习与创新创业实践之间的隔阂,通过互动式实践使学生对创新创业形成感性认识,并依托基于行动学习的创新创业课程、项目、竞赛和实战促进工科与商科融合,使工科学生获得创新创业知识,具备创新创业思维和动态能力。
The participants of innovation and entrepreneurship should have rich technological and business knowledge as well as dynamic ability to identify innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities,obtain and reconstruct resources to achieve success in dynamic and complex competitive environment.However,students of engineering commonly lack business knowledge and dynamic capability of innovation and entrepreneurship under the traditional training mode.Corresponding to the needs of the new engineering,this study analyzes the core challenges of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation in the new engineering from the perspective of dynamic capability,and proposes to breakthrough the estrangement between theory learning and innovation and entrepreneurship practice through action learning,which enables students to have perceptual knowledge about innovation and entrepreneurship by interactive practices.Further,innovation and entrepreneurship courses,projects,competitions,and practices based on action learning could promote the integration of engineering and business,and help students gain innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge,thinking and dynamic capability.
