我国化工工程师需求、现状与本科化工类专业招生关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Demand and Current Situation of Chemical Engineers in China and the Enrollment of Undergraduate Chemical Engineering Majors

文章围绕石油和化工行业六大关键领域,分析了我国化工工程师的需求情况,并对我国化工工程师群体数量进行了统计;在明确人才需求的基础上,对我国本科化工类专业招生情况(即人才供给)进行了分析,建立招生指数模型,梳理了我国化工类专业历年人才供给情况;在分析人才需求与供给关系的基础上,就如何促进化工类专业招生、加强人才供给提出了建议。

This article analyzes the demand for chemical engineers in six key areas of the petroleum and chemical industry in China,and conducts statistics on the number of chemical engineer groups in China.On the basis,an analysis is conducted on the enrollment situation(i.e.talent supply and demand)of undergraduate chemical majors in China.By establishing an enrollment index model,the talent supply situation of chemical engineering majors in China over the years is sorted out.Finally,based on the analysis of the relationship between talent demand and supply,suggestions are put forward to promote the enrollment of chemical engineering majors and strengthen talent supply.
