尾矿库资源回采过程中坝体的稳定性分析

摘要 为实现尾矿资源的回收利用并确保尾矿库在回采过程中的安全性,以马批邑尾矿库为工程背景,在勘察、室内土工试验数据的基础上运用数值模拟软件Midas-GTS/NX建立有限元模型并通过FLAC3D对其回采过程进行三维静应力场数值分析。结果表明:在回采过程中,最大主应力与最小主应力均为负值,最大剪应力为正值,说明主要受自重的压应力影响,且最小主应力和最大主应力所对应的压力和最大剪应力随着回采高层的降低在减小。库区总体位移随着堆积坝高度的降低在变化,但考虑到库区回采的实际施工是可以忽略的,所以回采过程中尾矿库处于平衡状态。当回采至初期坝顶,尾矿库侧边的山体位移增大,说明要加强尾矿库回采周边山体的监测与防护。该研究结果能为尾矿库资源回采提供重要的理论指导。 In order to realize the recovery and utilization of tailings resources and ensure the safety of tailings ponds during the process of mining.This paper takes the Mapiyi Tailings Pond as the engineering background.Based on the survey and indoor soil test data,the finite element model was established by using the numerical simulation software Midas-GTS/NX,and the three-dimensional static stress field numerical analysis was carried out for its mining process through FLAC3D.The results show that the maximum principal stress and the minimum principal stress are both negative and the maximum shear stress is positive during the mining process,which indicates that the stress is mainly affected by the compressive stress of the dead-weight and the pressure and maximum shear stress corresponding to the minimum and maximum principal stresses decrease as the mining height decreases.The overall displacement of the reservoir area changes with the decrease in the height of the filling dam,but considering the actual construction of the reservoir area mining can be ignored.The tailings pond is in equilibrium during the mining process.When the mining reaches the initial dam crest,the mountain displacement at the side of the tailings pond increases,which means that the monitoring and protection of the mountain around the mining of the tailings pond should be strengthened.The research results provide important theoretical guidance for the recovery of tailings pond resources.
