基于创新实践能力培养的兽医临床诊疗技能教学改革与实践

Reform and Practice of Veterinary Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Skill Teaching Based on Innovative Practical Capacity Training

兽医临床具有复杂性、多变性、严谨性和实践性,兽医临床诊疗技能是动物医学专业的一项重要核心技能。为提高学生兽医临床诊疗技能和创新实践能力,基于福建省教育科学“十四五”规划课题建设,结合福建农业职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业群的优势和特色,依据以创新实践能力培养为导向的教学理念,通过校企科研项目驱动、新建互动实训基地、兽医技能大赛促进、创新创业竞赛引领、重构课程教学体系等5个维度,对“兽医临床诊疗技术”课程进行教学模式和课程内容改革与实践,解决了现有教学中创新创业能力、兽医技术技能和课程教育教学结合松散的“痛点”,提高了畜牧兽医人才培养质量。本文为畜牧兽医专业课程教学改革提供了参考。

Veterinary clinical practice is complex,variable,rigorous and practical,and its skill is important to the specialty of animal medicine.In order to improve students'skills for veterinary clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as their innovative practical capacity,based on the construction of educational science Fourteenth Five-year Plan project implemented in Fujian Province,in combination with the advantages and characteristics of the specialties about animal husbandry and veterinary medicine set by Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture,and according to the teaching concept taking innovative practical capacity training as an orientation,the teaching mode and content of the program of“Veterinary Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Technology”were reformed and practiced as driven by school-enterprise scientific research projects,facilitated by new interactive training bases and veterinary skill competitions,and led by innovation and entrepreneurship competitions as well as reconstruction of the curriculum teaching system,by which,the"pain point"that the innovation and entrepreneurship capacity,veterinary technical skills and curriculum education in current teaching were loosely integrated was solved,and the quality of animal husbandry and veterinary talent training was improved.A reference was thus provided for future reform to the program teaching of specialties about animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.
