进境陆生动物多指标风险评估模型的建立 被引量:1

Establishment of a Multi-index Risk Assessment Model for Entry Terrestrial Animals

摘要 为有效提高进境陆生动物风险评估的客观性和科学性,基于层次分析(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)法,根据世界动物卫生组织(WOAH)风险评估基本原则,同时结合生物安全管理及生物多样性,总结了陆生动物进境“境外、口岸、境内”环节中传带疫病的风险因素,构建了进境陆生动物多指标风险评估模型,通过专家对指标赋分后量化加权计算出进境陆生动物最终风险值,从而实现了针对进境陆生动物的半定量风险评估。该模型的建立对提高动物疫病风险分析技术水平具有借鉴意义。 In order to effectively improve the objectivity and scientificity of risk assessment for entry terrestrial animals,based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the risk factors to carry or spread diseases in the“overseas,port and domestic”processes of entry terrestrial animals were summarized according to WOAH general principles of risk evaluation,and in combination with biosafety management and biodiversity,and a multi-index risk assessment model for entry terrestrial animals was established,then the final risk value of entry terrestrial animals was calculated based on quantitative weighting after the indicators were assigned by experts,therefore the semi-quantitative risk assessment had been realized for entry terrestrial animals.The established model provided a reference for improving the level of risk analysis on animal diseases.
