高速公路采空区固废改性注浆处治技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 高速公路下伏采空区时,需对其进行处治,以减小地基沉降对公路及其上跨构筑物的危害。以某高速公路采空区治理为研究对象,针对添加工业固废改性浆液的配合比及性能展开试验研究,确定改性浆液最佳配合比。采用数值模拟技术对不同浆液的注浆处治效果进行评估,采用改性浆液对研究区域下伏采空区进行注浆处治,并对该段路基沉降进行持续监测及分析评价。结果表明,水泥∶黏土∶固废配比为1∶1.5∶1.5时,固废改性注浆材料性能最佳。数值模拟显示,采用改性固废注浆处治后的路面最大沉降量相较于水泥-黏土注浆处治降低了35.6%。监测结果表明,注浆处治效果良好,达到了安全、经济、低碳、环保等目标,具有较好的应用前景。 It is necessary to treat the gob under the expressway to reduce the damage of the foundation settlement to the highway and its overlying structures.The study takes the treatment of the goaf of an expressway as the research object,determines the optimum mixture ratio of modified grout by the experimental study on the blending ratio and properties of modified grout added with industrial solid waste.The study conducts numerical simulation technology to evaluate the grouting effect of different grout,uses modified grout to grouting the goaf under the study area,and continuously monitors and analyzes the subgrade settlement of this section.The results show that when the ratio of cement to clay to solid waste is 1∶1.5∶1.5,the performance of solid waste modified grouting material is the best.Numerical simulation shows that the maximum settlement of pavement after modified solid waste grouting is reduced by 35.6%compared with cement-clay grouting.The monitoring results show that the grouting treatment effect is good,and the goals of safety,economy,low carbon and environmental protection have been achieved,which has good application prospect.
