摘要
用亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定水体中的硫化物,其移液、测量仪器示值误差等都可能会对测定结果产生影响。分析了不确定度的影响因素,提出了减少干扰实验结果的方法,令实验过程处于可控状态。
When methylene blue spectrophotometry is used to determine sulfide in water,its pipette and the error of measuring instrument may affect the result of determination.The study analyzes the influencing factors of the uncertainty,and puts forward the method to reduce the interference of the experimental results,so that the experimental process can be controlled.
