摘要
FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading)是集海上油气生产、储存及外输功能于一身的浮式装置,包含的管道系统多而繁杂,需要满足全船生活、生产及安全所需,相关工艺系统联合可操作性要求高。为了保障FPSO投产后的安全性、舒适性,其常规管路系统的噪音控制变得尤为重要。结合VDI 3733、API 521相关计算方法,对该装置典型工艺管路、排放口噪音进行计算分析,对比不同操作工况条件下噪音接受限值,识别出潜在的噪音超标管路或排放口,为指导隔音降噪提供理论依据,可形成一套针对FPSO常规管路系统的噪音预测评估方法,以便在设计之初有效开展管路系统噪音的识别及预防,确保后期操作人员因噪音超标造成身心影响。
The FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading),as a floating unit that combines the functions of offshore oil and gas production,storage and offloading;contains many and complex piping systems,partly because it needs to meet the needs of life,production and safety of the whole ship,and partly because the related process systems are jointly high operability requirements.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety and comfort of the FPSO after commissioning,the noise control of its conventional piping system becomes particularly important.The study calculates and analyzes the noise of the typical process piping and discharge ports of the plant under the combination of VDI 3733 and API 521,compares the noise acceptance limits under different operating conditions,identifies potential noise exceeding piping or discharge ports,and provides theoretical basis for guiding sound insulation and noise reduction.This will,on one hand,systematically develop a methodology for the prediction and assessment of noise in the conventional piping system of FPSO in order to effectively identify and prevent noise in the piping system at the outset of design and,on the other hand,ensure that operators are protected from the immediate and long-term physical and psychological effects of noise exceedances at a later stage.
