针对性护理干预在乳腺癌患者化疗PICC导管围管期的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Targeted Nursing Intervention for Breast Cancer Patients with PICC Catheter in Peritubular Stage

探讨对PICC导管围管期乳腺癌患者实施针对性护理干预的临床影响。随机选择2022年06月至2023年06月于某院接受治疗的84例乳腺癌患者,根据随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=42)和研究组(n=42)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予针对性护理干预,观察两组患者在不同护理模式干预后并发症的发生情况及护理满意度评分。结果显示,研究组患者中并发症的发生率为7.14%,护理满意度为100.00%;对照组患者中并发症的发生率为26.19%,护理满意度为88.09%。与对照组相比,研究组患者并发症的发生率显著降低(P<0.05),且护理满意度显著升高(P<0.05)。对PICC导管围管期的乳腺癌患者实施针对性护理干预可显著降低患者术后并发症的发生率并提高护理满意度。

The study investigates the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on patients with breast cancer in PICC catheter peritubular phase;randomly selects 84 patients with breast cancer in a hospital from June,2022 to June,2023;and divides them into control group(n=42)and research group(n=42)with random number table.Control group receive routine nursing,and research group receive targeted nursing intervention.The occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction scores of patients in two groups are observed after different nursing modes of intervention.The results show that the incidence of complications is 7.14%,and nursing satisfaction is 100.00%.In the control group,the incidence of complications is 26.19%,and nursing satisfaction is 88.09%.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group decreases significantly(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction increases significantly(P<0.05).Targeted nursing intervention for breast cancer patients with PICC catheter in peritubular stage can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
