摘要
针对5.5m厚煤层工作面选用轻放支架初采丢失底煤及托顶煤推采难度大的问题,以羊东矿8267工作面为研究对象,通过对切眼安装及初采存在的问题进行分析,提出在切眼位置悬吊木垛制造人工假顶快速摸底方案。现场应用结果表明:切眼悬吊木垛制造人工假顶,初采期间的快速摸底比原设计提前12 d,多回收煤炭8820t,瓦斯、顶板风险大大降低。
Aiming at the problem of loss of bottom coal and difficulty in pushing and mining supporting top coal during the initial mining of the 5.5 m thick coal seam working face using light caving support,the 8267 working face of Yangdong Mine is taken as the research object.Through analyzing the existing problems in the installation and initial mining of cutting holes,a quick bottom finding scheme for manufacturing artificial false roofs by hanging wooden piles at the cutting hole position is proposed.The on-site application results show that the production of artificial false roofs using hole cutting suspended wooden piles has a quick bottom finding process 12 days earlier than the original design during the initial mining period,and an additional 8820 tons of coal are recovered,greatly reducing the risks of gas and roof.
