煤矿巷道不同部位锚索的受力规律研究

摘要 为了攻克巷道顶板锚索破损率高、难以控制层状顶板稳定性等问题,通过数值模拟的方式分析了巷道顶板的变形特点,研究了各长度锚索的受力情况和支护效果。研究结果表明:整体上顶板变形主要为挠曲下沉,顶板竖向位移和中部的距离越短,下沉值越大,距离两帮越近,下沉值则越低;预紧力锚索能够明显减小顶板的下沉量,并消除离层现象。 In order to overcome the problems of high damage rate of anchor cables in roadway roof and difficulty in controlling the stability of layered roof,the deformation characteristics of roadway roof are analyzed through numerical simulation,and the stress situation and support effect of anchor cables of different lengths are studied.The research results indicate that overall,the deformation of the roof is mainly due to bending and sinking.The shorter the vertical displacement of the roof and the distance from the middle,the greater the sinking value.The closer the distance between the two sides,the lower the sinking value;Pretightening force anchor cables can significantly reduce the subsidence amount of the roof and eliminate the phenomenon of delamination.
