摘要
基于“提质增效”“稳产保供”,对矿井扩能改造至6.0 Mt/a进行研究。通过“三下”压煤实地调研,分村庄搬迁与否进行了矿井服务年限测算,得出实现6.0 Mt/a生产能力可行,但仅有8~11 a的产量保持期;对比计算了“峰谷”与均衡生产两种组织方式利润差达52.3亿元;就矿井主提能力“卡脖子”的问题进行了方案优选;研究分析了井下选矸方案的“路线”风险,形成了用于决策的若干建议。
Based on the principles of"improving quality and efficiency"and"stabilizing production and supply",a study is conducted on the expansion and renovation of the mine to 6.0 Mt/a.Through on-site investigate and survey on overlying coal"under buildings,railways and water-bodies",the service years of the mine is calculated based on whether the village is relocated or not.It is found that achieving a production capacity of 6.0 Mt/a is feasible,but only with a yield retention period of 8-11 years;The profit difference between the two organizational methods of"peak valley"and balanced production is compared and calculated to reach 5.23 billion yuan;The scheme optimal selection on the issue of"stranglehold"in the main lifting capacity of the mine is conducted;The study analyzed the"route"risks of downhole gangue selection schemes and formed several suggestions for decision-making.
