CO低负压引排系统水环真空泵设计研究

摘要 大南湖一矿利用CO引排系统治理回风隅角CO超限,为达到CO治理效果的同时,避免采空区自然发火,引排系统水环真空泵的设计尤为关键。以煤矿瓦斯抽采工程设计标准为参考,现场进行试验调整,确定合理的CO引排系统管路及水环真空泵相关参数。根据设计计算,CO低负压引排系统管路采用Φ610 mm×5000mm型螺旋焊接钢管,引排泵采用2台型号2BEC72型水环真空泵,抽气量大于515.6m^(3)/min。 Dananhu No.1 Mine uses the CO drainage system to govern the return air corner CO exceeding the limit.In order to achieve the CO govern effect and avoid spontaneous combustion in the goaf at the same time,the design of the water ring vacuum pump of the drainage system is particularly important.Taking the design standards for coal mine gas drainage engineering as a reference,on-site experiments are conducted to adjust and determine the reasonable CO drainage system pipeline and relevant parameters of water ring vacuum pump.According to design calculations,the CO low negative pressure drainage system pipeline adoptsΦ610 mm×5000 mm type spiral welded steel pipe,two 2BEC72 type water ring vacuum pumps are used for the drainage pumps,with a suction amount greater than 515.6 m^(3)/min.
