摘要
为了解决煤矿井下的巡检工不能沿皮带巷进行巡检、不能及时发现隐患进行处理而引起更大事故的问题,基于移动视频图像采集技术和AI智能分析技术相结合的理论,提出煤矿井下带式输送机道自动巡检系统的设计方案,通过智能巡检机器人、5G无线网络、万兆工业以太网传输平台,AI智能分析处理实现了带式输送机道工况巡检效果,解决了传统人工巡检中费时费力、效率低下、风险大的问题。
In order to solve the problem that the downhole patrol inspectors in the coal mine can't patrol along the belt roadway,and can't find hidden dangers and deal with them in time,which causes greater accidents,based on the theory of combining mobile video image acquisition technology and AI intelligent analysis technology,the design scheme of the automatic inspection system for the downhole belt conveyor road in the coal mine is proposed.Through the intelligent patrol robot,5G wireless network,10 Gigabit Industrial Ethernet transmission platform,AI intelligent analysis and processing achieved the effect of inspecting the working conditions of the belt conveyor,solving the problems of time-consuming,labor-intensive,low efficiency,and high risk in traditional manual inspection.
