During the installation of fully mechanized caving hydraulic support,in order to solve the difficult problems of low factors of safety,low efficiency and occupation of many types of work in the traditional installation of hydraulic support by means of winch hauling and lifting,Yiqiao Coal Mine reduced the labor intensity of employees by using pneumatic monorail crane locomotive and its airborne pneumatic hoist in the support assembly chamber of the working face to transport,lift,adjust and assemble various parts of the hydraulic support,the safety factors of transporting and installing the hydraulic support is improved.Three people can complete the work of six people,and the installation efficiency is improved by 25%.
