井下作业面综采设备高精度激光跟踪定位系统的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对锦瑞煤业综采面上采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机联动运行精度差、协同故障率高的不足,提出了一种新的高精度激光跟踪定位系统。通过统一的绝对坐标系构建保证不同设备位置信息的精确性和唯一性,通过激光跟踪设备提高了在井下定位的可靠性和精度,能够将不同设备之间的位置误差降低78.6%,将井下“三机”协同运行故障降低86.4%。 In view of the poor operation accuracy and high cooperative fault rate of shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor on the fully mechanized mining face of Jinrui Coal Industry,a new high precision laser tracking and positioning system is put forward.By using a unified absolute coordinate system to ensure the accuracy and uniqueness of the position information of different equipments,the reliability and accuracy of downhole positioning are improved through laser tracking equipment.The position error between different equipments can be reduced by 78.6%,and the fault of downhole"three machines"collaborative operation can be reduced by 86.4%.
