摘要
为实现6~1 mm细粒煤高效干法分选,采用气流与振动协同强化细粒分选原理(气流夹带微细颗粒形成粒群床层并辅助松散,振动提供分选床层所需能量实现颗粒离析与迁移),进行了振动梯级分选技术的开发。通过转龙湾末煤分选试验发现,产品灰分降至4.86%,产率88%,具有较好的分选效果。
In order to achieve efficient dry sorting of 6-1 mm fine-grained coal,the principle of synergistic enhancement of fine particle sorting by airflow and vibration is adopted(airflow entrains fine particles to form a particle group bed layer and assists in loosening,while vibration provides the energy required for the sorting bed layer to achieve particle segregation and migration).The development of vibration ladder cascade sorting technology is carried out.Through the sorting test of Zhuanlongwan final coal,it is found that the ash content of the product decreased to 4.86%,and the yield is 88%,indicating a good sorting effect.
