摘要 针对Intergraph Smart 3D软件与CAESARII软件间模型转换接口存在的节点编号与约束映射不准确问题,使用C#.NET语言进行工具开发,实现软件间模型数据互通。文章介绍了程序的设计思路、管道PCF文件数据处理以及生成CAESAR II中间文件的要点,同时,为解决节点编号以及约束型式映射的问题,在工具中提供定制化选项供设计人员选择。最终实现从Intergraph Smart 3D管道模型到CAESAR II应力计算模型的快速准确转换,大大提高了设计人员设计效率。 To solve the issue of inaccurate node numbering and restraint mapping existing in the model transformation interface between Intergraph Smart 3D and CAESAR II software,C#.NET is proposed for development to achieve model data interoperability between two software.This article introduces the design concept of the program,the data processing of PCF files of pipelines,and the key points of generating CAESAR II intermediate files.Meanwhile,in order to solve the problem of node numbering and restraint type mapping,customized options are provided in the program for designers to choose from.Finally,the fast,accurate transformation from the Intergraph Smart 3D pipeline model to the CAESAR II stress calculation model was developed,which proved significanceimprovingin design efficiency.
