摘要
“双碳”战略的实施和推进,不仅有利于国家能源体系的建设,也是国家作为能源应用大国为全球能源建设做出贡献的行动。虚拟电厂建设技术作为能够有效降低能源应用量和提升电力能源管理效率的一种新技术,其发展不仅有利于国家对分布式能源的有效聚合和协调管控,也有利于降低企业用电和社会用电的浪费,以及降低电力系统的电力生产、电力输送、用户应用等环节的碳排放量。鉴于此,文章从“双碳”战略与虚拟电厂概述入手,在梳理当前虚拟电厂建设技术和管理模式存在的问题后,从理论的层面上提出解决问题的方法,为进一步探究“双碳”背景下虚拟电厂建设技术及管理模式提供支持。
The implementation and promotion of the"dual carbon"strategy is not only conducive to the construction of the national energy system,but also an action for the country to contribute to the global energy construction as a major energy application country.As a new technology that can effectively reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of power energy management,the development of virtual power plant construction technology is not only conducive to the effective aggregation and coordinated control of distributed energy by the country,but also to reduce the waste of enterprise and social electricity consumption,as well as reduce the carbon emissions of power production,power transmission and user application in the power system.In view of this,the paper starts with the"dual carbon"strategy and the overview of virtual power plant,and after sorting out the existing problems in the current construction technology and management mode of virtual power plant,puts forward the methods to solve the problems from the theoretical level,and provides support for further exploring the construction technology and management mode of virtual power plant under the background of"dual carbon".
