文章对一种新型防街码漏电的一体化绝缘装置技术进行研究,根据目前配网存在的安全隐患,将大量无法第一时间更换的街码与导线固定位置防止漏电问题进行精准防护,通过采用一体式注塑成型的绝缘材料加工成专用的街码绝缘子防护罩,并增加可视化高温变色区域和防漏电、防高温安全监测系统,来对街码与导线固定处安全防护及运行情况进行监测,出现异常及时报警,并提示运维人员检修维护。该装置安装简单,维护方便,通过防护罩的绝缘性和固定性,将导线与绝缘子进行固定及增加绝缘化处理,成果使用前景广泛,需求量较大。

This paper conducts technical research and application of a new type of integrated insulation device for preventing street code leakage.Based on the serious safety hazards existing in the current distribution network,a large number of street codes that cannot be replaced in the first time and the fixed position of wires to prevent leakage are accurately protected.This research and development project processes a dedicated street code insulator protective cover using an integrated injection molded insulation material,And add visual high-temperature discoloration areas and anti leakage and anti high-temperature safety monitoring systems to provide safety protection and operation monitoring for fixed areas of street codes and wires.In case of any abnormalities,timely alarm and prompt maintenance personnel for maintenance and repair.Moreover,the device is easy to install and easy to maintain.Through the insulation and fixation of the protective cover,the wire and insulator are fixed and insulated,resulting in a wide range of application prospects and a large demand.
