摘要
叶片是风电机组捕捉风能、转化风能的关键部件,叶片设计直接影响风电机组转换风能效率和风电机组年发电量。文章围绕提高叶片气动性能目标,系统性梳理了风电机组叶片改造方法,包括前缘附近加装涡流发生器、后缘加装襟翼、叶尖加装小翼、圆柱修型改造及增加叶片长度等方法。根据相关研究成果,叶片改造方法可显著提高风电机组叶片气动性能,提高风电机组发电功率。
Blade is the key component of wind turbine to capture wind energy and convert wind energy.The blade setting directly affects the efficiency of wind energy conversion and wind turbine and the annual power generation of wind turbine.Centering on the goal of improving the aerodynamic performance of blades,this paper systematically combs the transformation methods of wind turbine blades,including adding eddy current generator near the front edge,adding flaps at the rear edge,adding small wing on the blade tip,cylindrical repair modification and increasing the blade length.According to the relevant research results,the blade transformation method can significantly improve the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine blade and improve the power generation power of the wind turbine.
