新型复合绝缘子结构与仿真研究

摘要 在电力机车和动车组上运用的真空断路器产品,其采用的绝缘子主要分为3类:硅橡胶复合绝缘子、瓷质绝缘子及运用于户内的树脂绝缘子。硅橡胶复合绝缘子和瓷质绝缘子对环境污耐受性能好,但质量大,高压带电的金属法兰裸露在空气中的尺寸大,不利于在高压电器箱内运用。树脂绝缘子质量小,裸露的高压带电部分尺寸小,但对紫外线敏感,在户外运用易老化。为减少用户备品备件数量,降低成本,文章研制出一种新型复合绝缘子,其兼具质量小、对环境污耐受性能好、耐受紫外线能力强等特点,可同时运用于户内和户外。 Vacuum circuit breaker insulators for electric locomotives and EMUs are mainly divided into three categories.One category is silicone rubber composite insulators.One category is porcelain insulators.One category is resin insulators used indoors.Silicone rubber composite insulators are highly resistant to environmental contamination.However,the high weight,high-voltage charged metal flange exposed in the air is large,which is not conducive to the integrated installation in the high-voltage electrical box.Porcelain insulators have the same problem.Resin insulators are lightweight and have a small size of exposed high-voltage charged parts,but they are sensitive to ultraviolet rays and are prone to aging in outdoor use.In order to reduce the number of spare parts for users and reduce manufacturing costs,it is proposed to develop a new type of insulator with light weight that can meet both indoor and outdoor requirements.
