摘要
火电厂生产运行中因各种原因发生自振或共振现象,极易造成运转设备轴承损坏、转子报废,并且对建筑物使用寿命造成潜在影响,造成极大的经济损失。近年来,电力系统工程技术人员一直致力于采取措施,减少或避免振动的发生。对印度某火电厂碎煤机室振动产生的原因进行分析,对处理过程和方法进行了总结,以期为后续类似项目提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Natural vibration or resonance phenomena occur during the production and operation of thermal power plants due to various reasons,which can easily cause damage to the bearings of operating equipment,rotor scrapping,and potentially affect the service life of buildings,resulting in significant economic losses.In recent years,power system engineering technicians have been committed to taking measures to reduce or avoid the occurrence of vibration.The following is a summary of the cause analysis,treatment process,and methods of coal crusher room vibration in a thermal power plant in India,in order to provide some reference and reference for similar projects in the future.
