高耗能变压器改造投入产出分析模型构建

摘要 变压器是电力输配电系统中的关键设备之一。高耗能变压器改造项目实施是国网公司提升能源资源利用效率,推动绿色低碳和高质量发展的重要措施,但目前对于高耗能变压器改造项目,尚未有量化的评价体系。因此,文章开展高耗能变压器改造项目的投入产出分析,建立指标体系及基于模糊AHP的投入产出分析模型,以期形成科学合理的评价体系,利于指导后续同类项目的开展,加快高效节能变压器推广应用,提升能源资源利用效率。 Transformers are one of the key equipment in power transmission and distribution systems.The implementation of high energy consumption transformer renovation projects is an important measure for State Grid Corporation of China to improve energy resource utilization efficiency,promote green,low-carbon,and high-quality development.However,there is currently no quantitative evaluation system for high energy consumption transformer renovation projects.Therefore,this article conducts input-output analysis of high energy consumption transformer renovation projects,establishes an indicator system and an input-output analysis model based on fuzzy AHP,in order to form a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,which is conducive to guiding the development of similar projects in the future,accelerating the widespread application of efficient and energy-saving transformers,and improving energy resource utilization efficiency.
