摘要
近年来,随着信息技术不断发展,电气自动化设备升级速度也在不断加快。在传统电气自动化设备的自动化控制管理中,各系统之间独立性较强,大多使用连接线对各部分的电气进行单独控制,这一控制方式会给安装和调试工作带来不便且增加后期维护成本,资金投入量较大。PLC技术是电气设备自动化控制的新技术,基于传统的控制方式做出了诸多改进。文章先介绍了PLC技术的基本概念,然后总结了PLC技术在电气设备自动控制中的应用原理,梳理了其在电气设备自动化控制中的具体应用,最后展望其发展前景,提出发展建议,希望能为相关领域研究提供参考。
In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology,the upgrading speed of electrical automation equipment has also been accelerating.In the automation control management of traditional electrical automation equipment,the independence between various systems is strong,and most electrical connection lines are used to control each part of the electrical separately.This control method will bring inconvenience to installation and debugging work and increase maintenance costs in the later stage,resulting in a large amount of capital investment.PLC technology is a new technology for electrical equipment automation control,which has made many improvements based on traditional control methods.The article first introduces the basic concepts of PLC technology,then summarizes the application principles of PLC technology in electrical equipment automatic control,sorts out its specific applications in electrical equipment automatic control,and finally looks forward to its development prospects,puts forward development suggestions,hoping to provide reference for research in related fields.
