摘要
为解决某金属矿井下有轨运输效率低下、人力成本高等问题,文章设计了一款功能完善、实用性强的井下有轨智能无人运输系统,分别对主控制系统、电机车控制系统、通信系统、智能避让系统、装卸载控制系统、机车定位系统等系统进行设计,并研究了系统应用效果。结果表明,文章所设计的井下有轨智能无人运输系统可以实现无人化控制,避免人为干预风险,将人工成本降到最低,同时,还能实现对操作工人劳动环境的有效改善,使得矿山智能化管控水平得以显著提升,完全符合金属矿智能化管控需求。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor costs of underground rail transportation in a certain metal mine,this article designs a fully functional and practical underground intelligent unmanned rail transportation system.Introduce the overview of the mine.Design the main control system,electric locomotive control system,communication system,intelligent avoidance system,loading and unloading control system,locomotive positioning system,and other systems separately.Studied the application effect of the system.The results indicate that the underground intelligent unmanned transportation system designed in the article can achieve unmanned control,avoid human intervention risks,minimize labor costs,and effectively improve the labor environment of operators,significantly improving the level of crazy intelligent control and fully meeting the intelligent control requirements of metal mines.
