摘要
我国压力容器行业经过多年的发展,已经具备了一定的行业规模,产量巨大,其中管壳式换热器就是最常见的一种。管壳式换热器的生产,涉及到设计、装配、焊接等多个环节。文章从管壳式换热器的结构特点入手,对管壳式换热器使用传统的计算机辅助设计技术和传统的制造技术出现的问题进行了详细分析,并阐述了应用自动化技术解决这些问题的可能性。以期望对行业在提高作业效率,降低人工成本方面有一定帮助。
After years of development,the pressure vessel industry in China has established a certain industry scale with huge output,among which shell and tube heat exchangers are the most common type.The production of shell and tube heat exchangers involves various stages such as design,assembly,and welding.Starting from the structural characteristics of shell and tube heat exchangers,this paper analyzes in detail the problems arising from the use of traditional Computer-aided design technology and traditional manufacturing technology in shell and tube heat exchangers,and expounds the possibility of applying automation technology to solve these problems.I hope it will be helpful to the industry in improving operational efficiency and reducing labor costs.
