摘要
为促进快时尚服装行业的循环经济发展,文中结合了旧服装回收过程与门店新品服装配送,将回收的服装进行利润转化,建立了考虑旧服装回收的快时尚服装门店同时送取货车辆路径优化(VRPSPD-CR)模型,以碳排放成本和运输成本最小为目标进行路径优化研究,并将回收后的旧服装价值利润化,以直观感受旧服装回收后为快时尚企业带来的价值。文中的改进自适应遗传算法将选择操作进行了优值保留,并对交叉和变异概率进行自适应计算,以防止算法产生局部最优解。实例仿真结果表明,研究所提出的模型和算法具有实际意义,且将旧服装进行回收能够有效地减少污染,提高企业的利润率,从而促进快时尚服装行业的循环经济发展。
In order to promote the development of circular economy in fast fashion garment industry,this paper combines the old garment recycling process with the distribution of new garments in stores,converts the recycled garments into profit,establishes a fast fashion garment store vehicle routing problem with simultaneous delivery and pick-up model considering old garment recycling(VRPSPD-CR),and conducts path optimization research with the minimum carbon emission cost and transportation cost as the target value,and uses an improved adaptive genetic algorithm to optimize the paths of used garments for fast fashion companies.The improved adaptive genetic algorithm preserves the optimal value of the selection operation and performs adaptive calculation of the crossover and variation probabilities to prevent the algorithm from producing local optimal solutions.The simulation results of the case show that the model and algorithm proposed in this study have practical significance,and that recycling used garments can effectively reduce pollution and improve the profitability of enterprises,thus promoting the development of circular economy in the fast fashion garment industry.
