基于物联网技术的智慧物流仓储管理研究

摘要 现代物流仓储是物流管理的重要环节,通常包括物件信息采集、智能化仓储管理、流通货物跟踪查询等信息化流程。针对传统物流仓储模式出现的货物清点不及时或疏漏、入库时间长、物品数据统计规范性差等问题,文中提出基于5G通讯技术、光载无线交换技术、无线传感技术、RFID技术等的物联网技术,搭建起涵盖基础软硬件层、感知层、资源管理层、业务逻辑层、用户应用层的智能仓储管理系统,进行入库/出库物件的扫描读写、自动化盘点、库存管理、物品流转轨迹定位、仓储环境监控,在提升现代物流仓储的数据采集、物件储运管理效率的同时,保证物流货物跟踪、物流仓储环境管理的安全性。 As an important part of logistics management,modern logistics warehouse usually includes information collection of objects,intelligent warehouse management,tracking and querying of circulating goods,and other information processes.In response to the problems of delayed or overlooked inventory,long storage time and poor standardization of item data statistics in traditional logistics warehouse models,an intelligent warehouse management system is proposed based on 5G communication technology optical wireless switching technology,wireless sensing technology,RFID technology and other Internet of Things technologies,covering the basic software and hardware layer,perception layer,resource management layer,business logic layer and user application layer,which can scan,read and write,automate inventory,manage inventory,locate item flow trajectory,and monitor warehouse environment for inbound/outbound items.These not only improve the efficiency of data collection and object storage and transportation management in modern logistics warehouse,but also ensure the safety of logistics cargo tracking and logistics warehouse environment management.
