摘要
文中研究刻画了具有节点异质性的供应链网络,并模拟企业突发性经营中断的传播过程设计了级联失效模型。随后,利用数值仿真分析了级联失效机制下,少数重要企业的中断对供应链网络的影响以及供应链网络应对级联失效机制的韧性。结果表明:网络节点负荷越均衡程度越高、节点冗余容量越高,供应链韧性越强;另外,企业间的互助有利于供应链的韧性的增强,但是在网络负荷极其不均衡以及网络容量冗余过少的情况下难以发挥作用。
This paper describes the supply chain network with node heterogeneity,and designs a cascading failure model by simulating the propagation process of sudden business interruption.Then,numerical simulation is used to analyze the impact of the interruption of a few important enterprises on the supply chain network under the cascading failure mechanism and the resilience of the supply chain network to cope with the cascading failure mechanism.The results show that the more balanced the load of network nodes,the higher the redundant capacity of nodes,and the stronger the toughness of the supply chain;In addition,mutual assistance between enterprises is conducive to the strengthening of the resilience of the supply chain,but it is difficult to play its role in the case of extremely unbalanced network load and insufficient network capacity redundancy.
