摘要
为了解决城市中心区停车供给无法满足日益增长的停车需求问题,可以在居住区推广和试点共享停车。但是传统的共享停车研究主要是基于“点对点”的停车模式,在实际推广应用时会遇到很多无法解决的现实问题。文中提出建立基于共享圈的“点对圈”共享停车模式,并选取“行政办公类”“学校类”和“医院类”等不同类型居住区为例探讨其实施的可行性。研究结果显示,针对车位空间资源分布较为离散化、小区车位利用率较低、业主共享意愿比较强烈的多个小区可以实施基于共享圈的共享停车模式。
In order to solve the problem that parking supply in urban central area can not meet the growing demand for parking,shared parking can be promoted and piloted in residential areas.However,traditional shared parking research was mainly based on“point-to-point”parking model,which has encountered many unsolvable problems in its practical application.This study proposes to establish a“point-to-circle”shared parking model based on shared circles,and selects different types of residential areas,such as“administrative offices”“schools”and“hospitals”,as the basis for the study.The results of the study show that the shared parking model can be implemented in a number of residential areas where the distribution of parking space resources is relatively discrete,the utilization rate of parking spaces is low and the owners are willing to share.
