摘要
文中以“仓储与配送管理”课程为例,结合高职院校岗课赛证融通的要求,针对该课程对应的工作岗位、“1+X”证书考核内容、智慧物流比赛赛项的赛点,对仓储与配送管理课程进行了深入的探索和研究,找到了原有课程内容与实现岗课赛证融通存在的差距,分析了该课程的教学现状及存在的问题,并针对问题对该课程进行了内容重构,重构后的内容按模块教学,各模块融入企业岗位认知和岗位实习、职业技能比赛的赛点和“1+X”的考核点,以分小组学习的形式来提高学生的实操技能和学习兴趣。最后,根据重构后的课程进行了实际教学实施,提升了学生参加技能大赛获奖的等级,提高了“1+X”考试的通过率,也让学生更能适应物流企业实际的岗位需求。
Taking the course of“Storage and Distribution Management”as an example,combining with the requirements of post course competition and certificate integration in higher vocational colleges,this paper conducts in-depth exploration and research on the course of“Storage and Distribution Management”in view of the corresponding jobs,the assessment content of“1+X”certificate,and the competition points of intelligent logistics competition,finds the gap between the original course content and the realization of post course competition and certificate integration,analyzes the teaching status and existing problems of this course,and the content of the course has been restructured.The restructured content is taught according to modules,with each module integrating the competition points of enterprise job cognition and job internships,professional skills competitions,and the“1+X”assessment points.Inproving students practical skills and learning interest through group learning.Finally,based on the restructured curriculum,practical teaching implementation was carried out,which improved the level of students participating in skill competitions and winning awards,increased the pass rate of the“1+X”exam,and also made students better able to adapt to the actual job requirements of logistics enterprises.
