摘要
目的评估精益管理理论在检验科流程改造中的应用效果。方法安丘市人民医院检验科于2022年1—6月实施常规管理模式,2022年7—12月实施精益管理模式,分别抽取200份检验标本作为本次研究样本,组别设为对照组、观察组。每组分别纳入11名工作人员。两组对比项目有检验质量、不合格检验发生率、检验流程质量和管理满意率。结果观察组无菌操作、导管操作、设备操作以及标本采集评分分别是(7.15±1.54)分、(7.89±1.65)分、(7.12±1.54)分、(6.87±2.12)分,均高于对照组(5.44±1.32)分、(5.12±1.78)分、(4.76±1.22)分、(4.21±1.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组验前周转时间、出报告时间分别是(22.78±3.08)、(21.64±1.33)min,短于对照组(30.66±4.11)、(23.12±2.15)min,且观察组工作人员对管理的满意率从100.00%高于对照组54.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精益管理能够提高检验标本的运送效率,让精益管理目标得以实现,对检验科流程改造有重要影响。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of lean management theory in the process transformation of laboratory department.Methods The laboratory department of Anqiu People's Hospital implemented the routine management mode from January to June 2022,and the lean management mode was implemented from July to December 2022.200 test specimens will be selected as the research samples,and the groups will be the control group and the observation group.Each group included 11 staff members.Two groups of comparison items:inspection quality,occurrence rate of unqualified inspection,inspection process quality and management satisfaction rate.Results The scores of aseptic operation,catheter operation,equipment operation and specimen collection(7.15±1.54)points,(7.89±1.65)points,(7.12±1.54)points,(6.87±2.12)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(5.44±1.32)points,(5.12±1.78)points,(4.76±1.22)points,(4.21±1.15)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pre-test turnaround time and reporting time of the observation group were(22.78±3.08)min and(21.64±1.33)min respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group(30.66±4.11)min and(23.12±2.15)min,and the staff satisfaction rate with management in the observation group were 100.00%,higher than 54.55%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lean management can improve the delivery efficiency of test specimens,realize the goal of lean management,and have an important impact on the process transformation of laboratory departments.
